You need to know what input devices there are, what output devices there are. You need to know about storage devices (E.g. CDs, Those snazzy little memory cards, floppy disks)
You need to know about exciting things like database terminology! You have to state things like how to make text stand out, and other things we have known since being 3 year olds.
Identify health problems related to computers like eye strain and DDT.
